CCHA/Envision TA Lead

The mission of the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) at the Arnold School of Public Health of the University of South Carolina is to co-create solutions with communities to advance health equity. CCHA is looking for a Program Manager to work closely with CCHA leadership and the Envision Equitable Healthy Communities Community Health Workers (CHW) Training and Technical Assistance Center (The Envision Center). The Envision Program Manager will serve as a lead project point of contact, coordinating individualized and group-based technical assistance to Covid Response and Resilient Communities (CCR2109 grantees related to effective, equitable implementation and development of CHW programs and strategies. In this role, the Program Manager will ensure high quality, effective technical assistance  provision, and accountability for grant deliverables.

The Envision Program Manager will lead and provide technical assistance for a team of 3 remote Community Health Worker Coaches. This position will work closely with both the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) and the Envision Equitable Healthy Communities Community Health Workers Training and Technical Assistance Center (Envision Center). This Manager will monitor and ensure accountability for all COVID Response and Resilient Communities (CCR) 2109 grant deliverables.
