NACHW is excited to host our first townhall for our Ally Organizational Members! During this meeting, NACHW will walk attendees through our current member platform and member benefits. Participants will also meet members of NACHW’s Workforce Development Committee and learn about its mission. Most of the time will be spent in discussion, exploring how NACHW can better support and engage with members around workforce development priorities, as well as providing opportunities for Ally Organizational Members to network and share with one another. Bring your questions, challenges, and successes about how you respect, protect and partner with CHWs within your organization. NACHW will use feedback from the townhall to shape future events and resources for members related to CHW professional development and integration. Members will walk away from the session with a better understanding of current and future opportunities for ally organizations to get involved with the NACHW community.
