NACHW is updating our National Repository of all CHW Networks/Associations. This form serves as the primary way for NACHW to collect information about CHW Networks/Associations nationally that support the CHW Workforce!
Definition: NACHW defines CHW Networks as community-based organizations (including CHW Associations and Coalitions) with leadership and/or membership that is comprised of 50% or more of CHWs, and whose mission and activities focus on workforce development, mentoring, member mobilization, and advocacy.
