The What Works Toolkit Series (WWTS) explored CHWs’ experiences and perspectives on “what works” in CHW-led approaches and innovations serving four populations experiencing substantial health burdens and service gaps: people in re-entry, people experiencing homelessness, Native Americans/Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders. The WWTS was developed over the course of a year, guided by an advisory of subject matter experts (SMEs), primarily CHWs (including CHRs, promotoras, and peers) with decades of professional and lived experience. During the webinar, we will share key findings of the What Works Toolkit survey and listening sessions and case examples, breakout room discussion, and Q&A.
