The Executive Commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission (commission), on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (department), adopts amendments to §§146.1 146.4, 146.6 -146.10, new §§146.5, 146.11 and 146.12, and the repeal of §146.5, concerning the regulation of training and certification of promotores or community health workers.
