House Bill 2324

Bill prescribes scope of practice and the core competencies of certified CHWs, describes and defines minimum qualifications, education, and training requirements for certified CHWs, establishes standards and requirements for education and training programs, continuing education, minimum education, training, and experience that a certified CHW must possess to qualify as a trainer for certified CHWs, and criteria for granting, denying, suspending, and revoking a certificate.
