El Sol’s career pathway initiative promotes and strongly believes in the identity and personal and professional growth of the CHW/P, regardless of educational degree and title/position. The CHW/P identity embodies the essence of what makes a strong CHW/P, a chosen member of the community who demonstrates a fiercely spirited and community-driven leadership and commitment to make a difference in their communities.
