Barriers Assessment Form Scope of Practice Changes

This form is designed to assess the barriers and identify related strategies to accomplishing the intent of the actual or potential statutory change for scope of practice for regulated health professions/occupations. It may be used as a guide prior to drafting a bill to proactively identify potential barriers related to scope of practice or to assess progress once statutes are implemented. It can be used by groups intending to propose or evaluate scope proposals.
