SIM Workgroup composition – Draft for Discussion

The Healthcare Innovation Steering Committee will determine the size, composition and membership of the Consumer Advisory Board and Councils/Task Forces (“workgroups”) for the Connecticut State Innovation Model initiative. The guidelines outlined serve as a reference for establishing the Consumer Advisory Board and workgroups, other than the workforce council, which will be considered separately. Categories of membership are also proposed for discussion
